Treverias "Silo C" is sold off
With the sale of the Hertie and Mensing properties in Rheine, Treveria's Silo C real estate portfolio has been completely sold off. This was reported by insolvency administrator Michael Bremen from the law firm Pluta. The buyer of the real estate is the City of Rheine. It wants to use the centrally located complex on the sites to revitalize the centre. The Hertie property has been empty since 2009; demolition is likely. Since August 2010, Bremen has been the insolvency administrator of 36 German and other Dutch companies of the former investment vehicle Treveria (formerly Dawnay Day). CR Investment was responsible as the asset manager for marketing the real estate.
