Erlangen: Competition for residential quarter in Röthelheimpark decided


The architectural consortium of Rössner + Waldmann, Franke + Messmer and Tautorat has won the design competition for the projected “Residential Quarter North of Thomas-Dehler-Strasse” in the Röthelheimpark district of Erlangen. Some 150 apartments and row houses are to be built on an area measuring 24,500 sqm. The project will probably be jointly carried out by Mauss Bau Erlangen, the Joseph-Stiftung – Kirchliches Wohnungsunternehmen foundation seated in Bamberg and Sontowski & Partner, starting in 2011.
