Erlangen: S&P plans urban quarter on Gossen area


Sontowski & Partners (S&P) will develop a new urban quarter in Erlangen starting in the spring of 2015. An office building with about 4,000 sqm of usable space, 63 apartments with 7,310 sqm of living space and 60 underground parking spots, as well as 134 apartments for students with 28 underground parking spaces will be built on the centrally located Gossen area. The investment volume is €43.5mn. Erlangen’s mayor Florian Janik presented the building permit for the project at S&P’s 30th anniversary celebration. Marketing will begin on November 4, 2014; completion is scheduled for the end of 2016.
