Internos buys three hotels in Europe, including one in Kiel


Internos Global Investors has acquired two additional hotels in Europe for its Internos Hotel Immobilien Spezial Fonds: Steigenberger Hotel in Kiel with 164 rooms and the Lux Park Hotel in Lisbon with 95 rooms. The seller of the hotel in Kiel is Danish investor group K/S Schlossgarten. Internos paid a total of €16.7mn for the four-star hotel. An additional €5mn will be invested in the building. The seller of the hotel in Lisbon is Portuguese hotel group Lux. Moreover, Internos also acquired the EXE Danube hotel in Budapest for €14.75mn for the special investment fund Real Value Plus. The seller of the 101-room hotel is project developer Sunbelt. Internos now manages 18 hotels with a total value of €550mn and has an additional €300mn for other hotel purchases in Europe.
