Mähren AG is participating in the co-living startup Projects XYZ GmbH with seed capital in the high six digits. According to a report, the PropTech company plans to offer over a hundred rooms in Berlin and expand into other European cities in the medium term. It sees itself as a community whose members have flexible use of furnished rooms in full-service shared housing. Projects XYZ leases apartments and then organizes room sublets.
