Tristan buys Telekom building in Bonn from Art-Invest
Tristan Capital Partners has acquired an office building in Bonn from Art-Invest in an off-market deal for €35mn. The transaction had become known in October, but without a purchase price and the name of the seller. The property on Godesberger Allee 83-91 has 18,658 sqm floor space that are fully leased to Deutsche Telekom. The acquisition was for the Core-Plus-Fonds CCP 5 managed by Tristan. The buyer was advised by e_con realestate, Greenberg Traurig, and CBRE Preuss Valteq, Taylor Wessing supported Art-Invest. Silver Cloud Invest, Tristan’s German joint venture partner, was also involved through a co-investment. Art-Invest had bought the structure, which had been built on the 9.501 sqm lot in the early 1990s, in 2014.
