Munich: Invesco buys Omega office park from Wöhr+Bauer
Invesco Real Estate has purchased three office properties in Munich, Prague, and Milan for approx. €140mn for a South German pension fund. The Munich property is the “Omega-Büropark”, on Baierbrunner Strasse in the Obersendling district. TD has learned that the complex, consisting of five separate buildings with a total of 17,800 sqm, was sold by Wöhr+Bauer. Market insiders estimate the purchase price factor to correspond to a multiplier of 25. The property in Prague is the multi-tenant “Corso Ila” in Karlin, Prague’s commercial district, with approx. 11,500 sqm of office space, approx. 1,000 sqm retail space, and 140 parking spaces. The Milan property has 8,500 sqm of overall area and is located at Via Crocefisso 27 in the city’s historic center.
