Berlin: LIP/ABG letting 4,700 sqm office space on Humboldthafen

The first office leases have been signed for the newly-built ensemble H3/H4 on Humboldthafen near Berlin’s main station. High-tech enterprise Acrolinx will be moving into around 2,200 sqm; another 2,500 sqm have been reserved by a global corporate and IT consulting firm, as developers LIP-Group and ABG Group report. The joint venture is building roughly 9,200 sqm office and 5,600 sqm retail space on Humboldthafen, as well as about 190 rental apartments and 170 underground parking spaces. Completion is scheduled for the first half of 2019. Some retail and restaurant tenants have already been signed, among them Edeka, Rossmann, L’Osteria, and Coffee Fellows. The owner of the roughly €150mn H3/H4 is Zurich Group.
