Alpha RE buys 150 apartments near Frankfurt


The Alpha Real Estate Group is expanding its privatization portfolio in the southern and western regions of Germany. The company has now acquired a total of 150 residential units in the town of Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt. The apartments will be sold incrementally to investors and tenants. TD has been informed that the acquisition involves the properties Buchenbusch 18, 20, 20a, 20b and 20c. The portfolio consists of around 8,600 sqm of total living space, distributed over a twelve-story high-rise residential building and three multiple-family dwellings. The complex was built in 1966. The seller is a real estate company based in Frankfurt. Hauck-Schuchardt carried out legal due diligence for Alpha RE; Veto Lawfirm Wolf Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft advised the seller. “With the acquisition in Neu-Isenburg, our privatization portfolio has expanded to currently hold around 600 apartments,” said Peter Buhrmann, CEO of Alpha RE.
