Augsburg: Primepulse buys commercial park Alte Uni
A subsidiary of Munich-based Primepulse has acquired the five-building commercial park “Alte Uni Augsburg”. According to a release, the property on the southern edge of the city center has 15,350 sqm lettable space that generate annual rental income of €1.6mn; rental return is quoted at 6 %. Tenants include Media Markt and an Italian restaurant. The seller is a family office from southern Germany. Augsburg brokerage firm Peter Wagner Immobilien advised both sides. Primepulse’s real estate division now administers more than 35 properties in over 15 countries. The company is owned by Klaus Weinmann, Raymond Kober, and Stefan Kober, the founders of now TecDAX-listed Cancom.
