Beos increases AuM to €3.4bn

Beos AG acquired property worth €1.06bn last year, and sold assets worth €740mn. According to the company’s own estimate, that means Beos was involved in roughly 64 % of the total transaction volume for corporate real estate in Germany. Their assets under management increased by 36 % to more than €3.4bn. With the Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany (CREFG) IV, the new parent company Swiss Life has launched its first Spezialfonds for Beos, which is already largely invested after the acquisition of the “Laetitia” portfolio from Aurelis. The sale of the first fund to Helaba Invest was also one of the year’s largest commercial transactions. The number of employees at Beos and its property management subsidiary BEREM grew by 50 to 169. At the end of the year, the firm was managing 116 commercial assets with 3.3 million sqm lettable space.
