Berlin: Coresis and Universal-Investment buy Dassbach-Forum
Coresis Management and Universal-Investment have acquired the Dassbach-Forum office complex in Berlin’s Tempelhof district. The building, located at Volkmarstraße 13, has around 17,300 sqm of office space and is currently undergoing modernization. The main tenant is the Federal State of Berlin; TD has been informed that the lease will run for ten years. The seller is Bauknecht Immobilien-Verwaltung GmbH & Co. KG from Fellbach. The company was advised on the sale by Colliers International. The Dassbach-Forum will be added to the real estate Spezialfonds “Deutsche Kommunalimmobilien”, which invests exclusively in German office and administration buildings leased long-term to state or municipal tenants. The portfolio also contains a job center in Dortmund, a tax office in Hamburg, and a federal ministry in Bonn.
