Berlin: Hamburg Team buys medical center in Hermsdorf

Hamburg Team Investment Management (HTIM) has acquired a medical center in Berlin-Hermsdorf for its “Hamburg Team Urbane Themenimmobilien” fund. The complex on Glienicker Straße 6 consists of three sections with about 5,800 sqm total lettable space, which is used by medical practices, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a supermarket, as well as six apartments. The five-story complex was built in 2014 on a roughly 5,000 sqm lot and, according to a release, offers “good third-party utilization options with sustainable rent levels.” The seller of the asset is health insurer Barmenia. Angermann brokered the deal exclusively; legal advice was provided by the Raue law firm.
