Berlin: Reggeborgh building 12,000 sqm of office space in Kreuzberg for BlackRock


BlackRock Real Assets has acquired an office building under construction near Berlin’s “Anhalter Bahnhof” rail station in the city’s Kreuzberg district. The “Impuls” building is being erected on Möckernstraße near Stresemannstraße and will have 12,000 sqm, 11,000 sqm of which will be office space and 1,000 sqm will be flexible space on the ground floor. The developer and seller is Reggeborgh, which is building speculatively and intends completion by mid-2020. The seven-story building was designed by the Dutch architectural firm IAA Architekten. The interior design is drawn by Graft, Berlin. Blackrock was advised by Clifford Chance and SMV. The property’s marketing begins today and is being managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
