Captiva buys medical centers in Cologne and Rostock for €20mn
Captiva has acquired a medical center on Böcking-Park in Cologne and a health center in Rostock-Südstadt. The two investments totaled about €20mn and were for the Captiva Gesundheitsimmobilien Deutschland 1 fund, which was launched in late 2017 and is now fully subscribed. The building in Cologne (Böckingstraße 54-56) was constructed in 1992 and modernized in 2017/18. It has about 1,420 sqm lettable space and 35 parking spaces and is leased long-term. The property in Rostock (Erich-Schlesinger-Straße) offers roughly 5,000 sqm lettable space and 88 parking spaces. The fund is managed by IntReal. The transaction was supported by Trûon Rechtsanwälte, Neuwerk Rechtsanwälte, Drees & Sommer, Watson Farley & Williams, and Arcadis.
