City of Munich rents 25,000 sqm at Blackrock

The City of Munich’s Human Resources Department is moving to 25,000 sqm of office space in Kustermann Park. Blackrock Real Assets, which had acquired the complex last year for its BlackRock Europe Property Fund IV portfolio, stated that the lease has a fixed term of 20 years and is the largest commercial lease in the Munich metropolitan area this year to date. Blackrock was advised for the leasing by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Kustermann Park consists of two building sections on Rosenheimer Straße and Balanstraße in the city’s Ramersdorf-Perlach district and has a total of 75,000 sqm of office space.
