Cologne: Bima increases leased space on Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring

The German Institute for Federal Real Estate (Bima) has signed a new 15-year lease for the office of the Federal Office for Goods Transport in Cologne with Schroder Real Estate. The 20,800 sqm office space on Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring 23-25 will be expanded by 1,800 sqm in the adjacent building Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring 27-29. The complex was built in the 1940s and 50s and is currently being revitalized. With the new lease, both structures are now nearly fully leased. Schroder was advised on the lease by Stock Aders Klein + Partner. Revacon Real Estate is taking on the project management.
