Demire: Ralf Kind dismissed from Executive Board
Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate (Demire) is parting ways with Ralf Kind. Kind had just recently lost his position as sole member of the Executive Board when Ingo Hartlief was appointed as new chairman, but it had been announced at the time that Kind would remain as a member of the board. Demire’s Supervisory Board has now announced that it has dismissed Kind with immediate effect. Demire has stated that this “is in no way connected to the performance or strategic positioning of the Company”. The increased forecast for FFO I of around €23-24mn for the 2018 financial year remains unchanged. Hartlief will assume Kind’s previous responsibilities temporarily; however, the company hopes to fill the position of member of the Executive Board for the area of finance as quickly as possible.
