Fraser builds business park near Frankfurt


The Singapore-based real estate company Frasers is developing a business park with around 28,000 sqm of logistics space near the “Frankfurt Egelsbach Airport” for approx. €27mn. Two halls, with 9,000 and 19,000 sqm respectively, are planned for the approx. 4.5-hectare site until now known as the “Mühlloh” area. BioStorage Technologies has already expressed interest in being the first tenant of a section of the property. The company is a subsidiary of Brooks Automation, a US company which specializes in biobanking and biosample processing. It is currently based in the Griesheim district of Darmstadt. The community of Egelsbach has endorsed the project.
