Hamburg: BNP Paribas REIM buys Kallmorgen Tower

Developer Quest Investment Partners reports the sale of the Kallmorgen Tower in Hamburg to BNP Paribas REIM. The asset will be added to the Next Estate Income Fund III (NEIF III). The seventeen-story office building on Willy-Brandt-Straße 23 was designed by architect Werner Kallmorgen for IBM in 1968 based on a Hollerith card. Over the past two years, the landmarked building was gutted and completely refurbished. The parties have agreed not to release the purchase price. Main tenant is co-working provider Spaces on 7,000 sqm.
