Kiel: Art-Invest buys hotel project from Ten Brinke
Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired the hotel project planned on the Alte Bootshafen in Kiel from Ten Brinke. The deal includes a long-term lease with Success Hotel Group. After completion in 2020, the building will have 238 rooms in total. Of these, 148 rooms will be in an Ibis Styles, and 90 in an Adagio Access. There will also be a restaurant, a lobby bar, and 26 underground parking spaces. The property is to become part of the portfolio of the “Core Budget Hotel-Fonds”. Ten Brinke had taken over the project from Deutsche Immobilien Entwicklungs GmbH in the spring. The buyer was advised by Kolaschnik Partner Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB, Vitzthum Projektmanagement, and Christie & Co. The seller received support from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
