Kintyre boosts AuM to €1.5bn
Kintyre increased its assets under management by more than 20 % to €1.5bn in 2018. The company now manages 140 properties in Germany with total commercial space of about 750,000 sqm. Ten employees were added, bringing the team to 51. Kintyre also states that it has entered a partnership with Tristan Capital on their investment in the Werfthaus in Frankfurt. Tristan had acquired the 14,000 sqm office building in late November 2018 for €74mn from a joint venture of Dream Global and Poba. This year, Kintyre intends to focus on digitalization processes with its newly founded subsidiary Kintyre DS. In reaction to increasing building costs, the firm also plans to enlarge the project management and construction team.
