LaSalle buys two properties in Heppenheim for E-Regi


LaSalle Investment Management has acquired two properties in Heppenheim near Mannheim for its LaSalle E-Regi Fund. One is the logistics property “Hunsrückstrasse 2” located in the Tiergartenstraße commercial district. The property, completed in 2016, has 18,000 sqm of lettable space and is let to the dental product distributor Henry Schein. The seller is Biskupek-Scheinert-Klotz. LaSalle also acquired a 2007 wholesale property located at Westerwaldstraße 8 which is leased to the Metro subsidiary Metro Gastro. It has over 5,000 sqm of lettable space. The property is being sold by two private sellers. LaSalle was advised by JLL. Taylor Wessing, Gleeds, Wüest Partner (valuation) and KPMG also advised.
