Leipzig: Quantum buys long-distance bus terminal and parking garage


Quantum Immobilien has acquired the new long-distance bus terminal and parking garage near Leipzig’s main station. The parking garage with 410 public parking spaces plus another 150 reserved for Deutsche Bahn is operated by Goldbeck Parking Services (formerly OPG). The bus terminal consists of nine covered bus platforms and 700 sqm retail and service space. It was built by S&G Development along with two adjacent hotels and opened last year. The purchase was for the Spezialfonds “City Parking”; Quantum was advised by Möhrle Happ Luther, the seller by CMS Hasche Sigle.
