Munich: City leases 13,000 sqm in Implerhöfe

The city of Munich will be the sole office tenant in the Implerhöfe complex. A 20-year lease for 13,000 sqm has been set up with lessor Art-Invest Real Estate. Since July 2017, the city has already occupied space on the ground floor, and has now added the remaining 10,000 sqm of office space. In addition, it will also take over all spaces in the new structure, which will be connected via a bridge and contain another 3,000 sqm office space, as well as two underground garage levels. Completion is scheduled for Q1 of 2020. GSK Stockmann and CBRE advised on the lease. Spaces in the existing building are currently occupied by the French Publicis Groupe, who will be moving into the “Atlas” in the Werksviertel district, which was also developed by Art-Invest.
