Munich: Software startup leases 3,000 sqm in “Hopfenpost”

The software startup Personio has leased 3,000 sqm office space in the “Neue Hopfenpost” in Munich and intends to move in on 1 December. The property has been part of the Invesco Real Estate portfolio since 2015. Nai apollo brokered the lease. In addition to offices, the complex with more than 51.000 sqm total lettable space houses a Rewe and an Aldi market, a denn‘s bio-market, and a Rossmann drug store. The structure was originally built in 1991 as a package distribution center and refurbished in 2010. Personio is moving into a loft-type space with 4.70 m ceilings that was previously used by a fitness studio. Nai apollo Baumanagement is handling the conversion.
