Munich: Urban Progress plans office building in Sendling

Developer Urban Progress intends to build a so-called network building with 3,500 sqm floor space on the site of a former car repair shop on Gotzinger Straße in Munich-Sendling. The 5-story building called “comN” and designed by YES Architecture will have mainly office space (2,000 sqm for up to eight units). A 200 sqm space planned on the ground floor could be used for a mini day care, a package station, a dry-cleaner or a concierge service, a release states. Construction is scheduled to start in 2019; completion is anticipated for 2020. Urban Progress is owned by former Südhausbau managing partner Matthias Ottmann.
