NAS buys Nuremberg Air Campus for €120mn


NAS Invest is acquiring the Air Campus in Nuremberg for around €100mn, with total investment costs expected to reach around €120mn. The property, located in the Nordostpark business district on Thurn-und-Taxis-Straße, has over 50,000 sqm of lettable space. Its main tenants are companies from the automotive industry and consulting firms. NAS describes the Air Campus as a core plus property with potential for value appreciation. NAS intends to extensively modernize the campus and let the few remaining vacant spaces. The buyer was advised by Arcadis and the law firm Mitteltein Rechtsanwälte; the seller was advised by White & Case and Nexus Capital Advisors.
