Neuss: Bema buys Woolworth building for later development
The Düsseldorf-based Bema Group has acquired a commercial building in downtown Neuss. The property, located on Niederwallstraße, has around 5,000 sqm of lettable space, with the ground floor and lower level currently being let to Woolworth. Bema intends to simply keep the property in its inventory for now, then redevelop it after Woolworth’s lease expires. This is the Düsseldorf developer’s third project in Neuss, after the Inbus Quarter and the former Pierburg production site.
