Pierval Santé acquires four German healthcare properties
The French real estate fund Pierval Santé has acquired four care facilities in Germany for around €34mn. The fund, which specializes in healthcare properties, was advised by the law firm Görg. The current acquisitions involve the DRK senior centers in Kronshagen and Schacht-Audorf (both in Schleswig-Holstein), the senior nursing home of the Volkssolidarität Limbach-Oberfrohna (Saxony) and the Lenggries Geriatric Rehabilitation Clinic (Bavaria). The fund is managed by the Paris-based Euryale Asset Management. These latest transactions bring the fund’s German holdings to five nursing homes, three medical centers and two clinics, in locations including Radebeul (Saxony) and Alsdorf (North Rhine-Westphalia).
