Premier Inn hires M&A specialist and plans to buy further portfolios
As of July 1, Khadija Brémont is in charge of corporate development and for mergers and acquisitions in Germany of hotel company Premier Inn. As parent company Whitbread states, the 42-year-old financial specialist has been appointed Director Mergers & Acquisitions. Brémont joined from wind turbine manufacturer Vestas in Copenhagen, where she worked as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. Premier Inn brought her on board to implement ambitious goals. “In the long term, we envision potential across Germany for more than 50,000 Premier Inn rooms, and we intend to reach that target both through organic growth and through acquisitions of further portfolios,” says Head of Germany business Mark Anderson.
