Publity buys Sky headquarters in Unterföhring


Publity has acquired the Sky-Germany headquarters in Unterföhring near Munich. The purchase contract for the property with 30,390 sqm lettable space has now been authenticated, a release states. The lease with the pay TV provider has 8 years remaining before it expires in mid-May 2027, and includes an extension option. Publity was legally advised on the acquisition by Simmons & Simmons LLP. The seller is Gold Tree Group, represented by Montano Asset Management. Gold Tree had taken over the complex from Commerz Real in 2013 for a price of €50mn. With the purchase of this property, Publity expands its own portfolio to five office properties with total lettable space of more than 180,000 sqm.
