RFR enters Swiss market
RFR Holding has acquired the retail building Bahnhofstraße 52 in Zurich and thereby invested in Switzerland for the first time. The property is located on a roughly 430 sqm corner lot and has about 1,600 sqm lettable space on six stories. It dates back to 1882. The purchase was finalized early this month, the seller is a German-Swiss owners’ group supported by Zurich-based asset manager Avobis Group. The German-American RFR manages a property portfolio worth roughly €12bn, including several high-profile buildings in prime locations of Berlin, Frankfurt, and New York.
