RLI Investors buys Lidl logistics center near Aachen
RLI Investors has acquired the logistics complex in Würselen near Aachen, which was expanded by Zech subsidiary Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH), for its second logistics Spezialfonds. The roughly 50,000 sqm property on Carlo-Schmid-Straße 12 is fully leased to Lidl (26,000 sqm) and online retailer Bike Components (about 24,000 sqm). It consists of an existing building measuring more than 33,000 sqm and a 17,500 sqm extension, which had been started by now-insolvent logistics developer Log4Real and completed this year by DLH. Condor Immobilien advised on the purchase as broker, the law firm Wagensonner Rechtsanwälte took care of legal due diligence for RLI.
