Signa invests in Inreal

The PropTech company Inreal Technologies, which specializes in virtual representations, has found another investor. Jürgen Fenk, CEO of Signa Innovations AG and member of the Signa Group Management Board, says that the two companies wish to jointly establish a new standard for real estate marketing. Inreal not only offers virtual tours; it is also a pioneer in configuring various fittings and analysis modules for the sales process. Oliver Puhl, head of Puhl GmbH, has joined Inreal’s shareholder base, along with recent new additions Sontowski & Partner and Kingstone Capital. Inreal also intends to use this fresh capital for expansion. The Karlsruhe-based company opened a New York office last May, and has plans to open offices in London, Vienna, and Zürich in the coming year.
