TLG portfolio appreciates by up to €400mn


The portfolio of TLG Immobilien has increased in value by up to 11 % since July, not counting new additions and sales. As the company reports ad hoc, Savills and Cushman & Wakefield anticipate appreciation by year’s end of from €370mn to €400mn compared to the mid-year balance. TLG benefitted from the yield compression and higher market rents, particularly for its Berlin properties, and from current re-letting contracts. Including sales and acquisitions, the portfolio value increased during the second half-year by about €3.7bn to roughly €4.1bn. This corresponds to an increase of the NAV of more than €3 to €25.80 to €26.10 per share.
