Wiesbaden: KanAm Grund fund buys the “Two” office building


The KanAm Grund Group has acquired the TWO office building, located at Abraham-Lincoln-Strasse 44 in Wiesbaden, for its institutional fund “Fokus Süddeutschland Fonds”. The seller is a joint venture of DDC/KPE and Development Partner, a subsidiary of Gateway Real Estate. The purchase price is said to range in the high double-digit millions. JLL brokered the agreement of sale. The “Two” (which stands for The Wiesbaden Office) was completed in 2018 and has around 16,350 sqm of lettable space as well as 202 outdoor parking spaces and 143 underground spaces. The main tenant (12,100 sqm) is the engineering company Julius Berger International GmbH.
