30/09/2015 A local foundation has purchased the Hansa Armaturen headquarters building in Stuttgart’s Möhringen district. The announcement said a “renowned real estate developer” was the seller. According to TD’s information, it was BPD Immobilienentwicklung. The purchase price was €13.5mn; Savills was the broker. The property built in 2005 has around 5,560 sqm of rental space.
